Notary since 2004, he works as a notary and a legal consultant in Milan, for the Marchetti law firm, his main areas of expertise are company, financial and banking law. Since 2017 he has been full professor of Comparative private law at the University of Milan. He is a member of the Commissione Studi d’Impresa of the “Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato” and of the “Commissione Società” of the “Consiglio Notarile di Milano”. Since 2021 he has been the President of the “Fondazione di Comunità Milano” and of the boards of several companies. He is the author of many publications in the field of comparative contractual law and comparative company law and he spoke at many national and international conferences of company law and legal culture.
