The Board of Directors of CheckmAb S.r.l. was appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting on April 30, 2024, with a three-year term.
The members will remain in office until the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting that will approve the financial statements of the company closed on December 31, 2026.
